JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the order dated 25.10.2021 passed by the IV Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai in MP.No.37 of 2020 in MC.No.268 of 2019.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 02.04.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed today i.e., on 03.04.2024 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Even today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner which clearly shows the noninclination of the petitioner to prosecute the case.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.04.2024 NHS To The IV Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai
