ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 506(1) of IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case is completed and final report has been filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.298 of 2023 on the file of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

4.In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of final report and taking the case in C.C.No.298 of 2023, this Court cannot consider the quashment of FIR in Crime No.10 of 2022. Page No.2 of 4
