This Court while disposing Crl.O.P.No.4738 of 2024, had directed the learned Additional District Judge/ Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC Act cases, Coimbatore, to complete the trial in C.C.No.52 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.A requisition dated 24.10.2024 has been sent by the learned Additional District Judge/ Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC Act cases, Coimbatore, seeking for extension of time to dispose of the proceedings in C.C.No.52 of 2022.

3. Considering the representation made by the learned Additional District Judge/ Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC Act cases, Coimbatore, this Court feels that it is appropriate to extend the time by three months and accordingly, it is extended by three months to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.52 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a communication from the Registry. The respondent Police are also directed to co-operate for speedy disposal of the trial.
