to the impugned G.O.Ms.No.181, dated 15.11.2011 promulgated by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent Government to legally promulgate the TET Rules as per clause (j) of Section 2, sub-section (1) of Section 23 and sub-section (1) and (4) of Section 38 of RTE Act, 2009 read with Sections 51,56 and 57 of the Tamil Nadu Recognised private schools Act, 1973.
