This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent culminating in the award dated 26.02.2010 made in I.D.No.36/2002 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Learned Government Advocate for the petitioner is present and none appeared for the second respondent. The Court notice, which was sent to the second respondent returned with an endorsement "Left". Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
