ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., vide order dated 05.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27464 of 2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27464 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
