This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to forward the complaint dated 07.10.2015, to the 1st respondent to initiate proceedings under Section 133 Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has made a complaint in the year 2015. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
