(A) A Writ of Declaration, declaring Section 17(C) & Section 1

(3) of Central Act 26 of 1972 (Hire Purchase Act 1972) to be ultra vires Articles 21 and 111 respectively of the Constitution of India; (B) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th respondent Inspector to recover the property namely the TV Set from the 6th respondent and return the same to the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law in Crime No.104/05 in his file.
