Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.LAKSHMIPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21411 of 2021 dated 16.11.2021.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that from the date of which, he execute the bail bond was not complied the condition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner herein was not complied the condition for a single day.

In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
