Ms.R.T.Sundari, Learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner and Mr.V.Sairam, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 are before this Court.

2.Heard on both sides. This Court has perused the order under challenge. 3.This Court does not find any irregularity or illegality in the order. Hence this revision petition deserves to be dismissed. However, considering the age of the Execution Petition, this Court is inclined to direct the Executing Court to dispose the Execution Petition, expeditiously. Both parties are directed to co-operate with the Executing Court for expeditious disposal of the Execution Petition.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. 2/4
