The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2013.
2. Regarding issue of No Objection Certificate to the petitioner for grant of patta, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent Executive Officer made a submission that the representation submitted by the writ petitioner has been disposed of by the competent authority on
20.07.2017. That being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
