This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 19596 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22230 of 2023 to report before the respondent police, weekly once on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police Monthly once i.e., first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter totally relaxed.
