Munusamy in both Writ petitions For Respondents : Mr.P.Sathish Additional Government Pleader for R1 and R2 C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioners dated 02.01.2025 wherein the petitioners are seeking for transfer of patta in their names with respect to the subject property.

Mr.R.Munusamy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 and 2. 3.
The petitioners are claiming right and title over the property by virtue of a registered Sale deed dated 04.06.2024. The petitioners are also placing reliance upon the patta that stands in the name of the vendor in Patta No.95. The petitioners submitted an application seeking for transfer of patta in their names. The same was objected by the 3rd respondent and hence, the 2nd respondent refused to pass any order. It is under these circumstances, these writ petitions have been filed before this Court. 4.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited relief sought for in these writ petitions, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioners on 02.01.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the 3rd respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 3/5

These writ petitions are disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
