O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2016 by impounding the Passport of the fifth respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the validity of the passport was expired on 14.01.2017 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
