[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu viz., B.Raja, aged 25 years, sought production of her husband.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on receipt of a complaint, CSR No.196/2018 has been registered and on enquiry with the father of the detenu, it was found that the detenu was in Singapore. Petitioner has also participated on such enquiry and the detenu's contact phone number was given to her. Hence, CSR No.196/2018 has been closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In such circumstance, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
