This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 22.12.2023 in Crl.OP.No.28613 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.00 am., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on everyday at 10.30 a.m., till the final report is taken on file and thereafter, weekly once, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., before the trial Court, till framing of charges and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
