O R D E R

Challenging the order passed by the first respondent, dated 15.2.2011, writ petition in W.P.No.15295 of 2012 has been filed wherein this Court on 11.9.2018 has directed the respondents to consider the name of the petitioners for promotion to the post of Physical Director, Grade II and I in the next panel for promotion and grant incentive increments.

2. The respondent department has placed a proceedings of the third respondent, dated 3.11.2021 promoting the petitioners to the post of Physical Director, Grade I. Therefore, order passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition has been complied with. If any grievance, it is open to the petitioners to work out remedy in the manner known to law.
