ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the false complaint lodged by the second respondent.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the first respondent police and in fact, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry by the first respondent police.
3. Since the first respondent police is not requiring the petitioner for any enquiry, I am of the opinion that no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
