(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Three Writ Petitions were disposed of by a common order dated 20.03.2024. Three Writ Appeals have been filed by the Government, they are W.A.No.883 of 2025 against W.P.No.7535 of 2024, W.A.No.191 of 2025 against W.P.No.7537 of 2024 and the instant Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1264 of 2025 against W.P.No.7541 of 2024. We had, by order dated 29.01.2025, dismissed W.A.No.191 of 2025 and following the same, we had dismissed W.A.No.883 of 2025 on 27.03.2025. The issue raised in this appeal also is the same.
