ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is the 3rd application for Anticipatory Bail. He would submit that despite earlier dismissal on 01.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3773 of 2021, the respondent had not taken any steps to arrest the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is habitual offender involved in five previous cases of similar nature. 3.This Court, taking into consideration, that the petitioner is habitual offender involved in five previous cases had dismissed the earlier application and there is no change of circumstances. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
