O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is a direction to direct the 1st respondent to refund a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the petitioner, which was deposited in pursuance of the order, passed in W.M.P.No.16678 of 1997 in W.P.No.10452 of 1997, dated 14.07.1997, on the file of this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that a writ petitioner was filed, challenging the award, passed in C.P.No.432 of 1994, dated 30.01.1997. The High Court quashed the award in the above writ petition. Thus, the writ petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

approached the Labour Court for the withdrawal of the amount, deposited in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court in the said writ petition.

3.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, inspite of the request, no action has been taken to reimburse the amount, already deposited, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court in the writ petition, stated above.

4.It is needless to state that the writ petitioner has to file an appropriate petition before the Labour Court for withdrawal of the deposited amount by enclosing all the necessary orders.

5.Thus, the writ petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate petition in the prescribed format, by enclosing all the necessary orders, for withdrawal of the amount, already deposited by the petitioner, before the Labour Court in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court. 6.With these observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
