ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to G.O.514, Higher Education Department dated 14.12.2005 passed by the first respondent and quash the last portion of the G.O.514, Higher Education Department stating that the regularization period will be counted only for the limited purpose and consequently directing the respondents to give all the service benefits other than the monetary benefits to the petitioners from the date of their respective initial appointment and give monetary benefits from the date of their regularization on 02.05.1997. 2 / 4

2. In the connected writ petition in W.P.No.19936 of 2010, orders are passed recording that the writ petitioners were given full benefits of career advancement, and therefore the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Hence this writ petition is also dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
