Ms.S.Ramya Revathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the respondents 4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to 6, notice to those respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 03.02.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought for rectification of the entries made in the UDR Patta in respect of S.Nos.370/3 & 370/4, Ulimaranapalli Village, Thenkanikottai, Krishnagiri District.

3. According to the petitioner, inclusion of the names of the respondents 4 to 6 in the UDR Patta is erroneous.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 6 and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
