(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The learned counsel for the appellant Corporation/respondent stated that the conditional order passed by this Court directing the the appellant corporation/respondent to deposit 50 % of the compensation amount has been deposited to the credit of MCOP.No. 581 of 2015.

2. Therefore the petitioner seeks for withdrawal of the same.

3. Considering the above statement, the petitioner/claimant is directed to withdraw the said deposited amount on filing appropriate application before Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.

4. The petition is allowed.

5. The appellant Corporation is directed to pay the balance 50 % of the award amount with interest and cost to the credit of MCOP.No. 581 of 2015, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. On such amount being deposited, the Tribunal is directed to invest the said amount in the Tamil Nadu State Co-operative Bank, Shastri Nagar, Adyar in a fixed deposit for a period of three years and the same shall renewed till the disposal of the appeal.
