O R D E R

The petitioner herein is aggrieved against the non inclusion of his name in the panel of promotion of Junior Assistant as Assistant in the year 1983-1984.

2. When the writ petition was filed, the petitioner was aged about 57 years and apparently, he has reached the age of superannuation. In view of the same, no effective order can be passed by inclusion of the petitioner's name in the panel in the year 1983-84. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
