ORDER

Seeking quashment of the order passed by the first respondent vide its Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1208/A-2/2011 dated 20.04.2011 and also for a direction to the respondents to grant extension of recognition for the petitioner school from 01.02.2010 to 31.01.2013, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the recognition sought for is for the period 2010-2013, which itself is already over, the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for any other relief. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
