This Criminal Original Petition was allowed on 21.06.2019 based on compromise arrived between the parties, with a direction to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) and the matter was directed to be posted "for reporting compliance".

Accordingly, the matter has been posted today under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/- was paid to the 2nd respondent and a memo to that effect has also been filed before this Court.

3. Taking the memo on file, the compliance is recorded.
