JUDGMENT

It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the appellant, who was confined in the Central Prison, Vellore suffered cardiac arrest and passed away on 28.02.2024 and she also produced communication from the Office of the Superintendent of Prisons, Central Prison, Vellore dated 28.02.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant also confirmed the same. 3.Recording the same, this Appeal stands abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
