Respondents Contempt petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to initiate contempt proceedings against the 1st respondent herein for willful disobedience of the order dated 26.06.2018 made in WP No.15627 of 2018 and consequently direct the first respondent herein to transfer the petitioner from Thiruporur to Ambattur for a period fo 9 months till his retirement on 31.03.2019 and thereby enforce the order made in the writ petition and consequently, punish the 1st respondent under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 in the event of this Court holding that the 1st respondent is guilty of contempt. ORDER

Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned counsel appearing for respondents / contemnors submits that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with vide Proceedings of the Director of Agriculture, Chennai 600 005 in Letter No.GES2/79289/2018 dated 01.08.2018. The same is taken on file and recorded.

In the light of the above submission, the contempt petition is closed.
