This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the candidature of the petitioner with priority for the post of LAB Assistant for which the exam has held on 30.05.2015 by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2015.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the respondents are present.

3. This case was listed earlier on 07.11.2023 but there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thereby, this petition is listed on 09.11.2023 i.e. today, under the caption "For Dismissal" and even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner was appointed as Computer Operator and is not qualified for the post of Lab Assistant. Further he has 2/4

submitted that the petitioner has been requesting to consider his candidature for the examination which was held eight years ago wherein, its recruitment process must have been completed long ago.

5. Considering the facts and the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
