First Additional District Court, Salem (in CMP.3132/2020 in AS.252/2020) and
(2) To grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent, his men agents from in any way creating an encumbrance or alienations over the petition mentioned property which is the suit schedule in OS NO.66 of 2014 on the file of the Learned First Additional District Court, Salem (in CMP.6217/2020) pending disposal of this appeal AS.NO.482/2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.MANOKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in each of the petitions and of MR.M.NANDHAKUMAR, Advocate for the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Inasmuch as the plaintiff who suffered a decree declining the relief of specific performance, filed these appeals. Recording the submission made by the contesting respondent that the suit property will not be alienated/encumbered, the interim order already granted is made absolute and these miscellaneous petitions are disposed of accordingly. Post these appeals along with A.S.No.175 of 2021 for final hearing on 08.11.2021.
