ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the 3 and 4 respondents who sealed the Selva Ganapathy Saw Mill which is situated at No.4/79 Kundrathur Main Road Sivanthangal, Kundrathur, Chennai- 600 069, Kanchipuram District based on the representations of the petitioner dated 02.11.2021 and 12.05.2022.

2. On perusal of the writ petition, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is running a saw mill without any valid license and therefore, the authorities have rightly taken action for the violation in running the saw mill 2/4

without any license, now, as a matter of right, the petitioner cannot seek directions to take action against the respondents.
