treat the proceedings of the second respondent as abated under Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, (Act 20 of 1999) and direct the third respondent to incorporate the names of the petitioners as owners in respect of Plot No.5,6,9 and 10 measuring 2700 sq.ft; 2840 sq.ft, 2440 sq.ft and 2440 sq.ft respectively of Sri Krishna Nagar, Maduravoyal Village, in all the revenue records. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondents, especially the order of the second respondent dated 12.09.1989 in Na.Ka.17/86/D under Section 9(5), and order dated 28.05.1991 in Rc.D/17/86 under section 11(5) respectively of the Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1978, relating to the land in survey No.290 measuring an extent of 6350 sq.mt of Maduravoyal Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Kancheepuram District, and quash the proceedings insofar as lands bearing Plot Nos.5,6,9 and 10 measuring 2700 sq.ft. 2840 sq.ft, 2440 sq.ft and 2440 sq.ft.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
