This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions imposed by the learned Judge, NDPS Court, Chennai in D.No.633 of 2023, vide order dated 27.01.2023.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the learned Judge insisted the petitioners to produce a title document of any immovable property worth about Rs.10,000/- for each accused. But, no such order was passed by this Court. There is no specific order with regard to the production of the immovable property. But the learned Judge himself inferred such version from the order which is not maintainable.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition is modified and the petitioners are directed to comply with the order by executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Principal Sessions Court for NDPS Cases, Madras, by producing Aadhar Card and Ration Card to show their residential proof.
