The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner without reference to the merits and the grounds raised by them in the writ petition made an offer that they are willing and ready to settle the award amount of Rs.25,762.60/- in favour of the workman concerned, taking into consideration, the amount is meager.

2. In view of the submission made, the second respondent is at liberty to approach the respective writ petitioner/Management and in the event of any such approach, the Management is directed to settle the award amount of Rs.25,762.60/- in favour of the workman concerned. However, the legal contentions raised in the writ petition are left open for adjudication in the event of any further dispute.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
