Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents 3 and 4 issued in P.M.W9/40388/2003, dated 30.09.2003 and in AG (A&E)/ PEN.PO9/5/ A9-162/VR/2004-2005/2212, dated 24.06.2004 respectively and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to restore the pay of the petitioner at Rs.2,060/- in the scale of pay of Rs.2,000/- to Rs.3,200/- with effect from 01.06.1988 and Rs.7,700/- as on 01.01.1996 and fix the petitioner's last drawn pay as Rs.8,500/- and then fix pension and release the amount of Rs.1,36,809/- recovered from the amount of gratuity to the petitioner with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
