C.M.P.Nos.2233 & 2236 of 2026 in A.S. No. 204 of 2019 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to to discharge the 1st petitioner / 1st appellant as a guardian of the 3rd petitioner / 3rd appellant Prethisha in the above appeal and to declare the 3rd petitioner / 3rd appellant Prethisha as major and permit her to prosecute the case in accordance to law respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 who submits that they have got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
