Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the notice dated 2.12.2004 issued to the petitioner by the first respondent for sale and possession of the petitioner's secured properties under The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and
Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and quash the same and direct other respondents to recommend the 1st and 2nd respondents in not charging excess and penal interest from the petitioner based on R.B.I. guidelines with interference of fourth respondent under Section 35-A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.

ORDER
