PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with Na.Ka.No.56416/L2/87-1, dated 26.07.1997 of the second respondent and letter No.9915/AH1/2003, Animal husbandry and Fisheries Department, dated 01.08.2005 and letter No.7417/AH1/2007-2, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Department, dated 03.09.2007 of the first respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to refund the withholding amount of stoppage of increment for one year to the petitioner and also to direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Manager with effect from 1993 onwards with all consequential benefits. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has died on 12.07.2020 and the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are not interested in pursuing the case.
2. In view of the above submission made by the petitioner's counsel, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
