ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. I have also perused the records.

2. In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order made in Na.Ka.No.39953/W2/2004, issued by the first respondent dated 09.12.2004. Subsequently, he was transferred from Vellimedupettai Government Higher Secondary School, Villupuram to Government Higher Secondary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

School, Panaiyapuram and got retired on 31.10.2009 itself.

3. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
