ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to give benefits of the G.O.Ms.No.125 of Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 27.05.1999 to her by regularizing her service in the third respondent's municipality.

3. Learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that the petitioner was regularized in service as early as on 06.08.2007 itself and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
4. Recording the same and considering the change of circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
