Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in I.D.No.332 of 2007 dated 13.08.2007 and quash the Award passed by the second respondent in I.D.No.332 of 2007 dated 13.08.2007 and direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with back wages and also direct the first respondent to pay a sum of Rs.46,76,000/- (Rupees Forty Six Lakhs Seventy Six Thousand only) towards arrears of salary for the period from 03.02.2005 to till date and continuity of service and other benefits.
