The Application No.2537 of 2015 is filed by the judgment debtor No.2 seeking to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the appeal against the order of the learned Master passed in A.No.6663 of 2014 in E.P.No.189 of 2012. 2.
Likewise, the Application No.3192 of 2015 is filed by the judgment debtor No.1 seeking to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the appeal against the order passed by the learned Master in A.No.6663 of 2014 in E.P.No.189 of 2012 in C.S.No.259 of 1999.

Though a counter affidavit is filed by the 2nd respondent in 3192 of 2015, the learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that she is not having any objection for allowing the application. 4.
Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, both the applications are allowed.
