When the matter was listed for hearing on 01.11.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had taken the bundle long back and that the registered letter sent to him was also returned with an endorsement "Refused". In these circumstances, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 04.11.2019 printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list. On 04.11.2019, though the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list, none appeared for him. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 05.11.2019. today, none appeared for the petitioners. In these circumstances, , this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non prosecution.
