Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 3 respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and his family to enter into his premises and to renovate the structure in respect of the property situated in survey No.1206/2, Anthevanapalli Village, Denkanikottai with an extent of one cent, Krishnagiri District.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3, to provide police protection to enter into his premises and to renovate the structure in respect of the property comprised survey No.1206/2, situated at Anthevanapalli Village, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District, to an extent of one cent.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4, 9 to 11 submitted that there is dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 11 in respect of the subject property. Further, already the petitioner filed

suit, as against the respondents 4 to 11, in O.S.No.37 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Denkanikottai, for declaration and injunction in respect of the very same property and it is pending. 3.

Considering the above submission, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 10.02.2025 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rts To
