Today, this case is listed under the caption "For Reporting Compliance". 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 has produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.14229/KuNa/ANa1/2008-2 dated 26.08.2022 before this Court, wherein, it is stated that the petitioner's application seeking for retirement benefits was received by the second respondent office on 23.08.2022 and the same has been forwarded to the Government for approval. Therefore, the learned Special Government Pleader prayed that a period of six more weeks' time may be granted for complying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20137 of 2010 dated 21.07.2022.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court is inclined to grant six more weeks' time for complying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20137 of 2010 dated 21.07.2022.

4. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application seeking for retirement benefits within a period of six weeks from the date of this order.
