Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 3rd respondent from altering the service conditions of the members of the petitioner union, whose names are given in the annexure to this affidavit in any manner including discontinuance of service without getting permission under Section 33 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 in the industrial disputes raised regarding charter of demands which includes the permanency of the workmen shown in the Annexure to the affidavit which is pending conciliation before the 3rd respondent as dispute No.B/385/10 and further direct the conciliation officer viz.

, 2nd respondent to conciliate and effect settlement and if no settlement is forthcoming to submit failre report under Section 12(4) of the Industrial Disputes Act and in turn direct the Government to refer the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the issues between the parties were settled. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
