The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to challenging the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.4 of 2015 dated 16.10.2015 on the file of the III Additional District cum Session Court, Gobichettipalayam confirming the order made in M.C.No.6 of 2011 dated 31.12.2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sathyamangalam,thereby ordered maintenance to the respondents 1 and 2 each of Rs.2500/-.
2.It is seen that the trial Court ordered maintenance to the respondents 1 and 2 each of Rs.2500/- and the same order has been confirmed by the District Court. This Court finds no merits in this case and the petitioner being the husband, he has to maintain his own wife and minor child.

3.Therefore, nothing warrants this Court to interfere with the order passed by the Courts below. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
