O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking for transfer the investigation in Cr.No.12 of 2015, pending on the file of the respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that investigation is going on in this case and the learned Special Magistrate Land Grabbing, Tiruvallur, has passed an order permitting the petitioner to take a sample signature of the accused person in order to send it for comparison before the finger print expert and to get a report for the same. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that once this process is completed, the respondent police will proceed to file a final report in this case.
3. This Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. There shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of four months from the date receipt of a copy of this order and file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
