ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 18.08.2022, 12.01.2023 for including the name of petitioners by way of a modification of an entry in the joint patta bearing Numbers: 616, 877, 1515, 1277.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioners made representations on 18.08.2022 and 12.01.2023 with a request to include the name of petitioners in the joint patta bearing Nos.616, 877, 1515 and 1277, which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner on 18.08.2022 and 12.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' representation to include the name of petitioners by way of a modification of an entry in the joint patta bearing Numbers: 616, 877, 1515, 1277, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the neighbouring land owners, if any, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
